Post-jam update

The game wasn't very playable during the jam (collision shapes made it difficult to play, and the entire last level didn't work). It should now be playable.

• Intro fixed (erroneous audio file removed)
• Hint to proceed past 3rd level added
• Final level fixed (previously ended straight away as the boss auto-dies)
• Burger form fixed (now collision shape matches the sprite)
